Production of mechanical and technological constructions
Robotic Welding Station: Valk Welding Tawers TL-1800G3 robotic welding station with a 1500x6000 mm extraction table, load capacity of 1800 kg/m³, primarily for preparing welding edges of cutouts.
Laser Cutting Machines: CNC laser cutting machines VANAD, KOMPAKT B and R Laser 20/90 with fiber laser from IPG and Procutter head from Precitech
Continuous Blasting Machines: MAXIMA 1250x750-4/11 continuous blasting machines from OTECO CZ - max. dimensions of blasted objects: height 700 mm, width 1200 mm, length 12,000 mm, minimum thickness 5 mm, roller conveyor load capacity 1,000 kg / 1 m. Surface treatment quality according to ISO 8501-1, SA 2 1/2. Blasting is performed with abrasive - steel, heat-treated granulate S280 and S33. A second TTP 1.6 f continuous blasting machine allows blasting of materials and products up to a width of 1600 mm and a height of 500 mm. Roller conveyor load capacity 1,000 kg / 1 m, length 12 000 mm.
Press Brakes: HACO 400 ERMS tandem CNC press brakes with FastBEND-2D MT Premium graphical support, maximum force 400 t, maximum bending length 8 m, and maximum material thickness for bending 20 mm (limited by bending length).
Welding Equipment: Fronius 500, Kemppi, Kuhtreiber, and Alfain welding equipment used in production. 6 cranes with a capacity of 12.5 t and a crane with a capacity of 25 t.
